What is a knit-along? Knit-alongs are usually held 90 minutes prior to our normal monthly meeting. A small group of interested knitters meets for two or three months to learn a technique or work on a project. Often, the group may provide each other support via e-mail or telephone.

Prior knit-along subjects have been: socks, double-knitting, modular knitting, Medrith Glover's Circumnavigated Cardigan, Lucy Neatby's Radiant Shawl ,  Elizabeth Zimmermann's Baby Surprise Sweater,  Sunburst Slingbag by justonemorerow.com, Chris Bylsma's Crayon Box Jacket and Elizabeth Zimmermann's Ribwarmer.

  • Don't forget Pattee Goodman-Baker's challenge to use your baby yarn from the Founder's Lunch in a baby outfit (bring to June luncheon)!
  • Also enjoy the good company of other knitters.
  • Patterns and yarn will be available.  I will see about keeping everyone knitting this month.
